The apartment suited our needs perfectly. Comfy bed, cooking facilities, lounge room, washing machine and dryer. Short walk to all sorts of restaurants. Close to the Royal Exhibition Building. Within the free tram zone.

2/10 Mediocre

We stayed years ago and the decline is sad! Dark, dingy, mould on the carpet near the balcony window, the carpet was stretched and lumpy, at our age it was very difficult to get into the shower as it was a spa bath, our room wasn't serviced on our second last day, the cost of our stay from the 10th - 13th was way over priced.

Simple but clean and comfortable accommodation, had everything we needed for a one night stay while attending a conference in Melbourne. Staff were warm and welcoming, great communication from the initial booking through to check-out. Excellent proximity to Her Majesty's Theatre if seeing a show there, which we did. Would stay again, great value for money.

Checked into the hotel, and reception couldn’t be more helpful, I found the room excellent and reception recommended a fantastic place to eat in Chinatown, met the general manager who couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome. Ended up booking more rooms for my return trip in September. Well done punthill little Bourke 👍

The reception staff was friendly and helpful, especially Blessing as I mentioned to her that the only fault with the room was that the bed mattress was too soft and I had a bad night’s sleep because of it.

I loved how easy it was to check in, and the hotel is located in a great spot for exploring the city. Even though it's busy outside, the room was quiet and clean.

Very welcoming, comfortable and a good central location.

If the front desk in unoccupied, the phone number stand on the desk is useless because there is no one to answer. Gave the perception of being ignored if someone was going to magically come answer it instead of the staff member truely being busy.

Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was clean, bed was great. Ideally located. close to a vast array of eateries.
