Harassment from the hotel manager
I stayed there for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and paid around $325 for one night which was a bit much for a Holiday Inn. I had stayed there before a few times for my son’s hockey trips and everything had been ok until this trip. Upon check out Sierra asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said yes and then a bit later she told me she couldn’t give me a receipt. I asked her why and she said with a nasty attitude the reason was that I booked through Hotels.com. I said that I book through Hotels.com often and I have always gotten a receipt. Sierra again refused and I left. I was in a hurry to get to my daughter to her volleyball game on time. During my daughter’s volleyball game I got a call from the Holiday Inn Express so I answered the call thinking that we forgot something in the hotel. Instead it was the hotel manager named Brianne or Brianna yelling at me and accusing me of “causing trouble” with Sierra upon check out. I asked her what trouble? She said that she didn’t know but Sierra was crying all morning because I treated her so horribly. Brianne berated me for too long accusing me of things that did not happen. I told Brianne she should review the cameras of the check out that took place before calling and harassing an innocent customer.
I stay in hotels at least 8 nights a month for work trips, hockey trips, volleyball trips vacations etc. Never in my life have I experienced such insanity from hotel staff. Unacceptable my personal info used to harass me as well!
