Such a nice cozy place to stay. Quiet. Love the ambience of tiki torches and 2 pit fires in the evening.

I wanted to love this place, but overall the stay was good but not great. Staff was helpful, and the property was beautiful. I appreciate how it was pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee. However, the ACs smelled of mold, the bedding wasn't the most comfortable in the world, the bathroom lights flickered, and the soaps and shampoos were extremely harsh and drying. Don't expect all that much from the rooms. You're mostly paying for the location, views, and common areas.

We stayed at Hotel Ynez again because we loved the breakfast last time. We probably should have confirmed because the front staff told us they no longer have breakfast because of oven issues. Whatever that means.

The shower pressure needs to be checked. During my morning shower it was very spotty and the water temperature was fluctuating between cool and luke warm at times. Thank goodness it is Summer.

The Hotel Ynez is a beautiful spot to relax and stay. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable when we checked in. Shout out to Peter! He was able to assist us with making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was warm when we arrived but the AC was easy to use. The pool was clean and there were lots of towels ready for guests. The complimentary coffee was delicious. Overall, we can’t wait to stay again on our next trip!

We love this property, especially the beautiful grounds. We like the fact that it is small and that you’re surrounded by nature. The rooms are small but very cute and we like the individual patios and hammocks each room has. We bring our bikes and the patio is a perfect place to keep them. Some people may be bothered that there is no on-site restaurant but you have a lot of choices in Solvang or Los Olivos, but you have to eat dinner at Leonardo’s at least once, located a half mile down the hill. Delicious!

We loved our stay here! So relaxing with the center gardens with lots of seating and hammocks at every room. So pretty at night with lights and fire pits. We enjoyed playing bocce. Our room was great with a wet bar and fridge. Close to Solvang. Can’t wait to stay again!

Such a yem of property. Beautiful landscaping with firepits. Rooms are quaint wish they had better amenities but the beauty if the property and rooms make up for it. Will definitely be coming back with my dog.
