Surroundings are calming, clean and a lovely Scandi style. Staff are helpful and polite. the breakfast is amazing...one of the best. Room was clean and well decorated, light but good blackout curtains if jet lagged. Great shower. Overall a really pleasant stay. Will definitely come back.

Good location for Edgeware Road and Paddington station. Small room with modern feel. Overly complicated check in process but most disappointing was the high level of noise experienced on the ground floor.

I stayed for 4 nights, and it was great. It was 35c (95f) out, and the air conditioning handled it no problem. The room was quiet as well, bed was fine. The staff was very friendly, plenty of areas outside the room to relax in. I will stay here again!

Hotel was good but not exactly what you’d expect which you can read in other reviews. That said the room and location were great and everything felt safe and was clean. Would still recommend just don’t go solely off the branding and images.

This was a perfect, cozy, and comfortable room, the place was clean and safe, and it had everything I needed. It's incredibly close to Paddington Station, which allowed me to easily connect by train to many different places. I would definitely stay here again!

4/10 Aceptable

Given a basement room next to a loud service area . Carpet in the entire basement hallway was stained throughout (very dirty). Room was small yet clean and thankfully tiled floors. Bed was a twin size, not a queen size as expected for 2 travelers. Very uncomfortable, uneven mattress, the type you usually find in a futon couch. Nice bathroom and shower. Staff was helpful, yet surprised when I mentioned the terrible state of the carpet throughout the basement area.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful. We ate breakfast at the hotel and that was really good. The hotel is in a really great location. Walking distance to the Paddington Station. Which will get you anywhere you need to go.

Fräscht hotell, litet rum men all funktionalitet. Englasfönster, störande trafik, promenadavstånd till Hyde Park.

6/10 Bueno

The lower ground level smells so bad try your best to avoid rooms down there. It was the only room available whilst I was there unfortunately. I would book elsewhere if they are putting you down there. I have stayed at inhabit in Queens Gardens before and they let me book the sauna after work. I assumed the same would be the case for this hotel - it is not. The sauna is only available in the day when most people who are traveling for work are actually at work….not clear why these hotels operate differently or why they can’t just let someone use the sauna in the evening it can’t be that much effort if their other hotel manages it.
