My wife and I recently stayed at the Marriott Charleston Airport and Convention Center on February 17, 2025, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had at a Marriott property. As frequent guests and loyal Marriott Platinum members, we expect a certain level of service and professionalism, but this hotel fell far short.
