When checking in at 7pm, they asked us to do a review for them. Room was not ready when we got to the room, nothing had been done. They didn't believe me so they went to check. They said sorry it was marked as a clean room. They asked us to wait until the room was ready so even though it was late in the day, they didn't offer a different room. So I asked where is the public restroom, where it had no toilet paper. They apologized again and were arguing with each other. So we went to have something to eat. They were finishing the room while we were driving up, we were on the first floor and the curtains were open.
We were in the pool (one slide not a water park as advertised) the next morning, they made everyone get out of the pool and it won't be back open til noon. When we got our bill they said because we used a discount app they would not give any discount for any of the issues (app gave a $20 discount), we paid over $150 a night. When I asked for something to make our time with them more pleasurable, they continued to argue so I asked if they still want me to give a review as requested when we checked in, they said go ahead. And stated we said sorry and that the room was marked clean so it wasn't their fault. Then wanted my email address so the manager can get ahold of me to discuss our stay. We haven't been contacted by management.
