Pillows are horrible, way too soft. Overall a good stay

Room door stuck; had to be forced shut. Tub faucet leaks; dripped all night. BUT: beds were comfy and clean, room was clean, the place was quiet. Breakfast was reasonable selection and good quality. If you’re looking for a place to rest after a day of driving, this is a good place to stay.

Room was not ready had to go to another room.

Entry was unkempt. Windows dirty. Paint chipped and peeling on walls and ceilings in rooms. Painted metal in bathrooms had rust showing through. The fins of the vents in the pool area were black with dirt. Grandchildren swam 6 separate times and not once were there pool towels available in the pool area. The sheets had stains on them. The edges and corners of the bathroom tile floor were dirty. There was thick dust on the wiring under the desk and the window sills had thick black dirt in the crevices. Definitely not what we are accustomed to from Hotels.com. On a positive note the coffee was great and the breakfast room seemed clean.

Barely got any sleep. A party started above me at 1:30 am and continued until 05:00am. This is unacceptable
