My husband and I recently stayed at Quality inn. And overall it was good experience. The hotel is clean, well-kept, and provides a pleasant atmosphere. Most of the staff were professional and courteous, which made our stay enjoyable.
However there was an unfortunate incident where one staff member did our check out and mistakenly assumed I was my husband’s mother maybe because of the looks of a grayed hair. The way this comment was delivered it felt unprofessional and inappropriate. While the staff member did apologize afterwards, the situation could have been handled with more care and sensitivity.
I believe this is an opportunity for the hotel to train staff on better communication and customer interaction. That said, we appreciated the efforts of the rest of the team and would consider staying here again, hoping to see improvements in the overall service quality.
