Great hotel with friendly staff and excellent service. However, the area outside the hotel can be very noisy, especially on weekends when street activity and loud music often continue until around 3:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the windows appear to have little to no sound insulation, and there are even visible gaps in some areas, so noise from traffic and nearby venues can be quite noticeable when trying to sleep. Another issue was the availability of towels. It seemed that the hotel did not always have enough towels available for daily housekeeping. On several occasions, after my room had been cleaned, there were no bath or hand towels left in the room, and replacements were delivered several hours later. At times, after washing my hands, I had no hand towel available and had to dry them on my clothing while waiting for fresh towels to arrive. Breakfast starts relatively late, at 7:30 a.m., but that is only when they begin taking orders. After ordering, we usually had to wait another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. We had scheduled activities everyday of our stay, so we had to choose between being late or skipping breakfast. The hotel should consider offering a buffet with food ready at 7:30 a.m., or taking orders in advance so breakfast can actually be served starting at 7:30. Overall, the staff and service were excellent, but improvements to soundproofing and housekeeping logistics would significantly enhance the guest experience.

I like the room a lot. The jet tub is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The safe requires an actual key which is a bit unconvenient. Breakfast is ok. Nothing special. Location is walkable. There is a mall less than a quarter mile away but not convenient stores near by. Carrera 70 is a little less than a mile walk. Lots of restaurants, bars and clubs. At night you can hear music from a near by club but it isn't so loud that I couldn't sleep. I've stayed there twice and would stay there again.

Fantasic stay! Walkable to the convention center and many bars and restaurants. Great staff, friendly and laid back! Jacuzzi for 2 in the room was awesome and we used it multiple times daily, though it was a great shower as well! Staff made it super convenient for Rappi to deliver directly you your room which was excellent! The king bed was giant and super comfy! The upstairs bar and restaurant looked great however the night we wanted to dine and relax up there we didnt as there was a wedding reception taking up much of the space, we could have dined but opted not to do. Really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

It was a good place to stay for 1 night. It did include a got breakfast. The room is fairly updated. The hotel does offer a rooftop bar which they use to serve breakfast in the morning. The room wasn't the cleanest. We found a couple of roaches in the room. We told the receptionist and they just took note of it and didn't bother to apologize.
