I booked a double room with a baby crib in advance, I called around midday to confirm it and book the shuttle bus from the airport.
The beds were way too soft and the pillows enormous, way too high to rest the head ergonomically, I didn't say anything because the worst problem was the staff:
We had to wait outside with a baby until the shuttle bus arrived, 50 minutes late. I checked it twice with the hotel while waiting and they had no real explanation.
When we arrived at the hotel and to our room, there was no baby crib in the room. The room phone didn't work, so we had to go to reception in person to ask for the crib. There wasn't really much going on in the lobby, they were 2 people at the reception and they weren't so busy. Nevertheless WE HAD TO GO THREE TIMES IN 40 MINUTES UNTIL WE GOT IT.
They finally took a crib from another room in the same floor. Why the heck didn't they check it when we first told them about it? A room change would have solved it right away, but no chance.
There weren't many people arriving at the moment; we really felt that the hotel staff wasn't even trying, that they didn't care at all, and not only for my wife and me, also for our 1 year old daughter.
Finally, when we had to leave for the airport the following morning, the driver noticed that we were one person too many. The reception staff didn't count right and there was a group of people who had to wait for another ride.
