My sister and I spent three nights staying at the SOVA hotel. We knew the rooms were small but weren't aware they were windowless.
When we arrived, our room was dirty. There was hair on and inside the bed and the floors hadn't been vacuumed. It was late and we were too tired to make a fuss, so tidied and went to sleep. The next morning, we requested the room be cleaned when we left the hotel at 9am to sightsee. We returned at 4:00pm and saw the room hadn't been cleaned. The housekeeper arrived at 5:10pm and we asked her to come back in 30 mins, as we were going out for dinner (she was happy to do so). We asked reception to let the housekeeper know we had left at 5:30pm, but were told she'd left for the day. Naturally, we were confused, and they asked us if we wished to change rooms, which we did.
The second room was tidier, but the overall hotel is not one I would recommend. There were leaks when it rained, the beds were uncomfortable and upon returning home, my sister was covered in bites from suspected bedbugs. Aside from it's location and one receptionist who was helpful, there's nothing else going for this place.
