Great location but it is easy to get lost in the station. Rooms are on the smaller size. But beds are comfotable and bathrooms are spacious and very clean. Staff was super helpful and assisted with luggage storage and ordering taxi.

We stayed for three nights. I’ll start with negative. - the airconditioning was not working for two nights. we were told that they turn off the system during colder season. Positive: - The reception clerk Mr. Rafael gave us an electric fan. Thank you. - Reception manager Miss Alice, gave us a compensation by allowing late check out. Thank you. - The following afternoon, both Mr. Rafael and Miss Alice knocked on our room and provided us with a box of cookies, were very apologetic about the inconvenience. These are the kind of staff that Accor should cherish. Thank you.

Noisy

Arrival was good - staff got me checked in very quickly. The reception area is very busy as they run that and an upstairs area as a co-working space. Rooms are small, but clean. Beds could benefit from a choice of pillows rather than 4 of the same. Bar closes at 10.30pm and no room service after this time so bring snacks if arriving late. Breakfast was a good selection. Rooms are noisy - the water pipes seem to make the cry of a whale anytime anyone turns them on which is not great in the middle of the night. There is construction over the road which starts at 7am and the trains / metro start early so you get the noise of the trains as well as the people going to the station. I couldnt get my window to open and the aircon didnt seem to work - the dial just turned around and around which made it a hot night..

リヨン駅に直結なので、TGV、RER、メトロと複数の路線利用時に便利。RER B線でCDG空港に行く場合も、RER A線で乗り換え駅まで行けばそんなに歩かずに済む。 Receptionの方が、アーリーチェックインするにはホテルチェーンのALLというポイント制度に加入すればよいことなどを親切に提案してくれた。 環境に配慮してか、冷蔵庫の水はガラスの瓶に入っていた。ウォーターサーバーがあるとより良いのかも。

Hotel nota 8. Localização top!!! O ar condicionado do hotel não é eficiente. Ficamos no quarto 621 e, da mesma forma como em nosso quarto, em outro do mesmo andar o ar também não refrigerava. Em razão do calor, foi-me oferecido pelo gerente um ventilador para amenizar a temperatura. Minibar pequeno e pouco eficiente. No Brasil há melhores. Colchão muito confortável. Banheiro bacana (apenas não gostei da porta de correr, pois não dá a privacidade devida). Serviço de quarto também deixou a desejar na medida em que em nenhum dos dias repuseram shampoo no box e sabão líquido na pia do banheiro. Dado dia eu tive que descer até a recepção em torno de meia noite para buscar um vidro de cada produto. Muito simpáticos e solícitos, os funcionários da recepção prontamente me deram os produtos que haviam acabado.

Location, location

Location is perfect, just outside the station, you can get transportation to any where in paris through the underground metro and RER network, rooms are small but clean and tidy, check in was very fast, we didn’t try the breakfast

Nous sommes un peu déçus car nous devions avoir une chambre supérieure et je ne trouve pas que c’est été vraiment le cas. De plus, il n’a pas été accepté que l’on règle les frais de petits-déjeuners avec nos chèques vacances alors qu’il est stipulé que les hôtels Mercure les acceptent.

Vores værelse var ok til prisen, vi husker altid på, at man får hvad man betaler for. Morgenmad restauranten var virkelig god, det er alt hvad man kan ønske sig. Beliggenheden er perfekt for togrejsende, hotellet er nabo til Paris Gar du Lyon. Der var pænt og rent overalt.
