The location of the hotel is Excellent. The rooms and hotel is very outdated. I don't how this is being passed through as a 4 star hotel, unbelievable. The supervisor at the hotel reception is so rude and impolite he clearly needs to be trained again to do his job. A real attitude problem. The other staff at the hotel were good. It just clearly goes to show that one member of the team can drag the reputauion of the business to 0 stars.

It was an amazing stay. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. It was ver close to Haram, easily walkable, with plenty of food and shopping options on the street. Room was very spacious with clean and plenty of amenities. We traveled with family including small children and it was easier to navigate despite being a huge property. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would definitely like to stay again.
