Extremely expensive compared to other accommodation in the region with next to nothing in room facilities. Nothing has changed in 39 years when I last used this hotel. Look elsewhere.
Staff amazing great location No tv needs to be advertised
Stayed in Room 23 Curtains fall off track and not closing properly. TV Screen had line 1/3rd the way down the screen Windows could do with a clean. The place looked scruffy
This is right in front of the sea side but was informed family rooms are all on the other side. No view:( The general manager was very rude and was giving us advise when to check in to a hotel and when not. We had our booking through expedia and she was quite annoyed with that. We were at place at 7am and the check in she said was at 2pm when we were ready to pay she said you have to pay a full days rent and when I was ready to still pay since kids and me was so tired she said breakfast is not included when I was told in my booking clearly that it is. Then I really got annoyed asked her I feel I'm checking to a hostile than a hotel and is really not comfortable with your behaviour and also asked her name and then immediately she apologized and said she will waver the 7hrs and won't charge that one days payment and also confirmed with expedia that our breakfast was included and said this is wht happens when you book with a third party they don't know our rules. She is the general manager there. I really wanted to talk to her like manager or owner but finally I was like somehow wanted to move from there. But after this she was really good. Ibis has always been a hotel with no nonsense and a place to rely for their quality.
Dirty towels, old bathrooms, once we locked the door, we couldnt get out as the door lock was stuck, had to ring to get reception attention, restaurant closed, neighbors up at 5.30am moving furniture, no one at reception in the morning - just a small voice from the back somewhere saying "drop the key in the box". Very impersonal.
Friendly people and staff. Very clean comfortable beds
Old and run down needs, rooms were clean , fridge had old food in freezer from past guests !
Room looked nothing like the pictures, room was very old and had nothing done to it in along time. Our TV didn't work, we woke up next morning been bitten by bed bugs.

Badly in need of upgrade. Doesn't align with the usual standard that goes with the brand
