Property was poorly run and staff were generally unhelpful. I was assigned a smoking room even though I paid for non-smoking, Checked out a day early because I just couldn't stay there another night.

Big mistake staying here.. hotels dot com should remove it from the options. Filthy, smelly, sketchy and falling apart - literally the ceiling was peeling off. I booked non-smoking but it smelled like it had been smoked in for 20 years with cigarette burn marks in the toilet and AC unit. We tried to find a different hotel but they were all booked. Don’t go to this place if you are in town for music.

This was the worst motel experience by far. No breakfast was included as advertised. There was no hot water and no wi-fi. Some outlets didn’t work. No hygiene amenities. This goes on. The TV didn’t work either.

Someone didn't like me using that room and left a used condom right outside my door around 6 pm. It remained there, untouched, as of 7 am the next morning. Staff was great and had wonderful dining suggestions for people coming from out of town.

First I would have given an higher score but I ordered a non smoking room and must've gotten smoking cause it reaked of cigarettes smoke. Sink was clogged with hair and shower head didn't work properly but they switched it out ASAP. Staff was excellent. No encounters with bed bugs so that's an 5 star there towels and rags were overwhelming used we just bought our own. For the price and area it's in 3 stars Staff gets 5 stars overall 3

OMG the picture is sooo photo shopped ! The bathroom ceiling was falling in and brow stained! I I wouldn't have gotten in soo late because of weather delay! The bed was clean. No bugs we saw! The area is madness people up all night drinking and cussing! I would have left but I was leaving today ad yesterday I was gone until 9pm because I was going to Survivor the show auditions! My husband slept in his clothes ! We definitely was on Survivor! The pictures lie!

Do not stay here. It is the most dangerous and sketchy place I have ever seen. I'm surprised Expedia even allows people to book here. A soon as we pulled up late at night we saw so many drug and prostitution deals happening. Every spot of the property was damaged in some way. The person at the front desk tried to trick us in to paying again. We had to look for a new play at 1am as we felt unsafe even being in the parking lot. Lost out our money for the booking but it was definitely worth it over losing your life and belonging.

The pool was not available and I received no laundry service and it was difficult to reach a staff member when I needed some help. If you go out of your room on the morning before the 11:00 am checkout to go to the store or somewhere else and come back to your room, your room key doesn't work anymore so I had to go to the front desk and have them re-code the key to get in my room.

No breakfast available,although the website stated breakfast was available until 9am. I would have passed on it anyways . The room was dirty, floors not swept and the sheets were not changed. Cigarette burn on them and dried blood spots in the fitted sheets. I took pictures because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It's a non smoking facility and the place smelled like smoke and weed. I think we stayed in the room next to some illegal sexual activities-ALL NIGHT! Will NEVER come back. Don't stay here. I would have been better in my car at a Walmart parking lot, but I had already driven 12 hours and was exhausted.

The room smelled like cigarettes from time to time. The toilet paper holder was broken. The shower had what looked like rusty from the overflow drain to the regular drain. The shower faucet was leaking. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The ceiling light in the main area was flickering.
