Like other guests, we found that there was no one at the front desk when we arrived around 7 pm. Te hotel advertises “parking available;” however, we were somewhat rudely told that “we have parking, but there’s a concert tonight so there probably won’t be a space available.” So checking in was not great. We heard every bit of that concert while in our room until it ended at 10:45 pm. We had had to park in a building about 2 blocks away from the hotel. We had to leave at 2 am, and I asked the young man at the desk if it was safe for me to walk there by myself. He said it was, but he walked over to my car with me anyway. I was so grateful to him, because a woman would never walk alone at night where we live. There was a mouse running around in the lobby as we were leaving, so I’m not sure how clean the restaurants were, but our room was clean.
