Did not sleep well. 3 nights. The bed was comfy but only a duvet so got hot and cold. Need sheets and a blanket. Stubbed my toes on a bed leg that was broken and sticking out sideways. No room heating, only cooling. Temperature display was defaulted to Fahrenheit. I had booked with breakfast included but on checkout the breakfast cost had been added in again so had to get that removed. Good job I looked closely at the bill. No ambience in the room and no view but I guess that is what to expect in inner city Breakfast was ok but no fried tomatoes and plates were pretty cold. Marmalade pot lids appeared superglued and almost impossible to open (Yarra Valley).

This property has zero heating in rooms so be prepared for a chilly to cold stay in winter... My room averaged 20C through a 4 night stay... Otherwise, a fine hotel with a great staff!
