El host fue muy amable a la hora del check-in, Petro nos esperaba en la puerta a la hora de llegar, la sorpresa fue en la noche, no funcionó el ascensor y estábamos en el piso 5 y además encontramos sábanas húmedas y sucias en el closeth, nunca funcionó el ascensor, fue horrible bajar las maletas

Todo excelente a excepción de que mi vuelo se retrasó y después de las 9 pm ya no puedes hacer check in, es posible a las 11 pm pero con costo extra. Yo llegué después de media noche y tuve que buscar otro lugar donde hospedarme esa noche. Todo lo demás estuvo muy agradable.

Very good location, near to everything, the place have everything you need laundry, iron, microwave, water heater, stove ect. And it's very clean I would recommend it to anyone

The room was clean and very large compared to other European rooms. It is walking distance from the Milano Duomo and the gallery and very easy access to the train station. The check in process was not easy as the host did not provide advance notice that they are not on the property and it took someone over 30 min to meet us at the “hotel”. It was frustrating as is structuring should be provided the moment you book and/or have a key pad at the door to make it easier to check in. Everything else was fine.

This is a serviceable basic place to stay in an excellent location. The place could use a deep clean and fresh coat of paint but if you just want a comfortable enough place in a safe building then this would be a great option. The communication with the staff was excellent, they immediately helped solve a small issue and were very responsive.

Rummet var smutsigt och inte städat ordentligt. Det låg svart hår i duschen, och badrummet var generellt sett smutsigt, längst med golvlisterna hade år av smuts torkat in. Otroligt mycket oväsen kom igenom från fönstren. Vi har aldrig vart med om något liknande. Genomgående var rummet väldigt slitet och inte enligt bilderna. Värsta vistelsen någonsin med tanke på att vi fick ca 3 timmar sömn om nätterna.

Our hostess was lovely. She met us on time and was very helpful. The room was very clean and bright. The location was great and we could walk to everything. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Apart from insane price (but we did book a day in advance and it was a design week so there is that) it’s a nice location. Room was super hot when we came (April) and the check in person provided us with a small air conditioner which had to work 24 x 7 to cool the apartment down. Otherwise great location, close to two metro stations, has cooking top, dishes and fridge, shower, large enough for 2 people

Location was fantastic, checkin was effortless. The only things to be aware of are that the elevators are very old/small/slow and that the shower water pressure is terrible. Internet was fast, the beds were comfortable. The street outside can be a bit noisy at times if you're a light sleeper. But considering the location, I would still stay here again.

The apartment is centrally located in Milan, within walking distance of the Duomo and many other attractions. It sits on a lively high street with several nearby dining options, including Indian, Chinese, and Turkish restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, though it could benefit from some updating. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s worth bringing earplugs, as noise from the nearby tram line and people heading to local clubs kept us awake one night.

The owner was really nice and the place was clean. It’s walking distance to everything you needed near Duomo. The only thing is you can hear everything from the outside so it was kind of hard to have a good night sleep. I also hope they would provide a blanket not just a sheet.

We love the place and the area. It’s a quick walk to the church and shopping. Host was great. It happened to be in the 90s outside so a hot day. Air condition could not keep up. Other than that great clean nice safe place to stay. I recommend.

Location was great, but other than that it was only OK. Could use a deep clean, baseboards, floor, walls, etc. No curtains or drapes. And unbelievably loud. There is a nightclub below and the music went on until early morning at an extremely high volume.

I would definitely recommend this place not only it was clean and it has a small kitchen but also what impressed me the most was my aunt left her expensive purse and they were very honest and returned it to us. We definitely appreciated the manager and the cleaners who communicated with me during the process of sending the purse back in US.
