4/10 Aceptable

The property does not properly advertise what the inside actually looks like. It shows a modern-appearing and well-furnished living space, kitchen, and bedroom, and this was not at all what we received.
There was one bed (with no pull out bed as was advertised in the images), and a small futon, with a mattress topper provided in what I assume was meant to be another “bed”. Mind you, we had booked for 5 people as it was promoted as an apartment that sleeps 5. It absolutely did not sleep 5; it barely slept 3. There was one tiny bathroom and no furniture give for the bed, a night side table with a TV, and the futon. The kitchen was barely a sink with a fridge. And it looked run-down overall.
The area was fine, it felt safe and there was a nice park with a few stores nearby. But the apartment complex felt eerie.
The property owners did offer another room.. Though this was not offered until our last nights stay (and we had requested help with the issue on the first night we arrived). We ended up having to book another hotel room for two of us so we could have a comfortable sleep. If it weren’t for the fact we had a somewhat short visit we probably would have relocated as a group but… budgeting right?
Maybe for one or two people for a quick evening in Osaka this would be fine. But you’re better off spending the money to be closer to the main areas in the city.
