Hotel was disgusting. We are Hyatt members and stay at Hyatt's all the time, and this property was terrible. Not only was there poor customer service, an elevator was broken, the other wasn't working at times either. The room was filthy, the floor had crumbs and dirt all over it. The bathroom had black bold all over the ceiling and floor, and the shower wasn't even working, so we couldn't even shower. There was dried blood and snot on the couch in the room and the couch was also broken, not connected and the cushions smelled and were stained. The fridge wasn't cold and the sheets were rough, stiff and smelled like chemicals. The window drapes were broken, didn't close and also filthy. The breakfast was non-existent. They served brunt toast, the "eggs" were black, and there was no coffee. Pictures of this property were totally misleading and resort was gross. Front desk manager Michelle at check-out was not helpful, dismissed any issues, and seemed annoyed at dealing with a guest and didn't want to hear any concerns. This property and staff didn't live up to Hyatt standards or their level of high customer service and quality. Dirty and disgusting.
