A nice hotel and pool area, but poor service and small rooms. An example of the service: Hotel guests were reserving sunbeds by the pool with trash/small items around 6-7 in the morning (picture attached) and hadn’t arrived at the pool even by 2 PM. We mentioned this to the pool staff, saying that the spots had been reserved for over 8 hours without anyone showing up, and asked if we could take the spot. The response was that they were reserved and we couldn’t take them. We didn’t get a sunbed, and when we went further away to sit, we noticed that half an hour later, the next customers who inquired were allowed to remove the reservations. It’s not okay to pay 600 euros per night and have a system that supports reserving sunbeds for the whole day. Another example: we waited a long time (over 20 minutes) in the lobby for a taxi ordered by the hotel. Due to the heat, I started feeling fainty and went to ask for water. I was charged 7 euros for a small bottle of water. A little later, I saw another hotel guest ask for water, and the staff brought them a free bottle. Unfair treatment towards guests, and although the hotel was otherwise nice, we won’t be coming back because of these reasons
