Lovely family time at the resort. The check in process was smooth and they allowed us to do so early as well, which was appreciated as we were travelling with an infant. The facilities are dated but clean. Staff were always friendly, and Regina from the kids club went out of her way to entertain my elder kid. Worth coming back again with family, especially if you intend on a laid back trip.

Inconsistent room amenities

Please take this as constructive feedback, not a complaint. We first stayed here in June 2025 and returned in September 2025. In June 2025, our room had soap dispensers on top of small bottles of body wash and shampoo. In September 2025, our room had no dispenser. Not sure if only some rooms have dispensers, or if it wasn’t installed in ours. All in all the service is fantastic

Free pick-up from Sekupang Ferry Terminal

The hotel arranged for a pick-up from Sekupang ferry terminal. That is the only terminal that is provided with a pick-up service. The check-in was quick. I had a wonderful 150 mins spa treatment with Rani at Tea Tree Spa.
