Excellent Location. Walking distance to Parramatta Station and Mall. Quite a handy location. Ideal for Family on Weekender trip.

very good hotel. Very impressed with the quickness of service when we had issues with the room. The only down side was that for a room with a small kitchen, there were very few utensils to cook with.

Conveniently placed and quiet - couldn't hear the trains too much even though right by the station. Great stay, friendly staff.

The small apartment had everything to make a very comfortable experience. The room (s) was very spacious, with an adjoining kitchenette , lounge and dining table. Thd bathroom had a European laundry and drier. Apart from a bedroom with hanging space and comfortable bed.would come again!

The room was clean but the fridge played up and leaked water when wiping it up the towels came out black. Breakfast was ok on the Sunday the food was just warm. On the Monday it wasn't very good and was like the left overs from Sundays breakfast. The guy that checked us in was new and training but didn't know much. He didn't know about the parking or how much it was. He proslcessed the payment for the for our room, than I had to ask about the parking he than processed the payment but only for 1 day when we were staying for 2 nights. We later went down when reception was quieter and after telling him 3 times our room number he was looking up the wrong room number. There was no restraunt open on a saturday or Sunday night.

Good clean simple room. The last guest’s toothbrush was left in the shower but other than that it was all clear and clean. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower.

My suite was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent for my two day stay in Parramatta, especially as I had work related activities in Parramatta Square

It’s convenient in location close to Westfield and restaurants however it’s v noisy with the train tracks across the road. Big space and washer/dryer was convenient.

We had one night stay at Mantra and it was quite good for what we wanted. Good location, good service. The Hotel is a bit tired.

The room was good and beds comfortable. Many places in close proximity for dinner. The one issue I had was reception was left unattended after 10:00pm and there was no vending facilities to buy a bottle of water. Other than overall a good experience!
