My stay at this hotel was nice. There is no check in and no room keys. The morning of your arrival they send you an email with the code to enter the building and your room. You have to request parking. Parking is a block away in a garage for another hotel. They give you a pass and a gate key to enter that garage. When you first arrive, there are two unloading zone spaces right in front of the hotel. You unload your stuff and then the parking garage gate keys are in your room. My room felt large. Queen size bed and two nightstands, two lounge chairs, large tv, a desk, a total walk-in closet, and a whole separate kitchenette room(basically a small kitchen, but without a stove or oven). The bathroom was tight and no counter space. Closing the door involved maneuvering yourself around the shower towards the toilet area. With the door closed there was enough room to move around. The shower itself was large. Overall, my room felt spacious! Request a room on the north side of building to have a nice view of a garden and house out the windows. All other rooms windows will face out to the streets. There is no elevator, only stairs. There is a market right across the street and a full grocery store a block away. I plan to come back to Long Beach every year and I would stay here every time if available!
