I recently stayed at the Marriott Executive Apartments in Doha with my family. The reception staff provided exceptional customer service and were extremely friendly, setting a positive tone as soon as we arrived. The entrance and reception area also gave a good first impression of the apartments.
However, unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. I had booked a deluxe one-bedroom apartment for two adults and two children aged 4 and 2, and the booking indicated that a cot/infant bed would be provided. When I requested the cot, they sent one without a mattress. Upon asking how they expected the child to sleep on a hard base, they informed me that no mattresses were available and sent a duvet instead—definitely not ideal for a young child.
The apartments themselves are really old and in desperate need of an upgrade, especially the furnishings. While the rate was slightly cheaper than other options in the area, it still didn't justify the quality or the experience we had.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place as there are many other options in the same area that offer better value for money.
