Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean. Call ahead of your stay to ask what parking garage to use, unless you are wanting to use their hotel parking services. The valet Parking is $29. They have a sky bridge from public parking to hotel. The breakfast was amazing. It was a smaller menu, but the food was first class and well priced.

I did not like the fact that every time we left an came back it cost us an extra 8 to 10 dollars to park this made the trip an extra 70.00 I really did not expect .and we told we would have free breakfast yet that too cost an extra 15.00 plus tip.
There was snot on the windows in my room. The dog fee is ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! No microwave. No refrigerator. Worst of all they had a hand rail for safety in the bathroom and it wasnt even screwed in!!! I fell backwards in the shower!!!
Well first the jacuzzi did not work and then we saw ROACHES in the Sauna. Told the front desk and all she need was a eewww and call the janitor. The bathe room sink in my room looked like it had nit been cleaned. Overall i didnt enjoy my stay and felt I should jave been refunded for the room.
Great location downtown. Paid for club level but did not receive club level floor soon check in. Front desk did nothing to compensate. Over room cleanliness was good but it took over an hour for bedding for the pull out sofa bed. Staff seemed to be stretched thin and stressed. Never received our free breakfast as the wait was over 30min and we had to leave.
When we arrived the hotel informed me that they did not have the room I booked noted, and I would have to pay a $40 upcharge to get the room I needed. I showed her on my reservation what I had and she said sorry, $40 more or I can't give it to you. When we got to our room there was not any bedding for the extra bed, The bathroom was dirty, the room next to us smoked pot and partied all night loudly. The bed was the most uncomfortable ever, the staff was rude. After being told that we could get out of the parking garage with our key, we had to pay $10 each time we left. Most disappointing hotel ever!!!
“Sofa bed” was a short chaise lounge chair. Pool had broken light with exposed wires dangling in the water. Told them about it our first day and four days later no fix. The indoor pool was the reason I picked them over the cheaper hotel. Coffee and sandwich shop that was supposed to be open was closed. Had to beg front desk for coffee, towels, and toiletries because they had no housekeeping service, due to Covid.
Very expensive and the room was comparable to a cheap motel. It didn’t even have a microwave or complementary breakfast.
