We stayed 2 nights and were very happy. The room was small (known in advance) but immaculate and comfortable, and warm. The staff very were very friendly, and it felt relaxed.

Property was fine. Sweets in room with water was a nice touch - however property wasn’t the cleanest and staff seemed busy to give attention to detail.

Very convenient albeit a bit pricey stay for Guilfest. Great hotel, lovely room, very comfortable bed. Perfect location, walking distance to the festival site

It would be good if parking was cheaper and notice was given at time of booking as to the cost of an overnight stay. Checking in at 4pm and leaving at 8 the following morning the cost was ridiculous!

Just stayed for one night as a couple. The staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. Food in the bar was excellent. Room was very comfortable, clean and had everything you need. Excellent location for walking to G-Live or the main shopping area in Guildford. Would stay again.

Place itself is a good location being nearby to shops and a 10 minute walk uphill to the center of town. The room is nice and comfortable, a small bathroom but that is to be wxpected around Guildford, albeit a bit surprising for the price. Only issue i felt was no lifts, which was an issue with the number of suitcases we had as we are travelling around. Not a fault of the hotel as we should have checked, but just made it less than ideal for us

Lovely room, comfortable bed, great staff, very clean, nice aircon. Lovely bar with friendly staff. I stay here whenever I have to stay in Guildford for work. Great hotel with nice touches in the room, including toiletries, snacks and coffee/tea.

Fined me for smoking even though I did not smoke in the room . Someone had smoked near the room window before I checked in and then I was fined for no reason . And when I said I did not smoke inside the room , they gave me reason saying they found cigarette stains outside the window and cigarette dust near the window. If I smoked I don’t have problem paying the fine. But I did not . I can’t accept what I did not do. I did not bother after they fined me . This is the one issue I did not like . Other than that, it’s a good hotel, rooms are clean and nice . Front office staff and the restaurant staffs are really good . It’s a very good hotel and very nicely located. Good for travelers and must stay when you visit .
