Excellent food options close by. Hinodeya ramen next t Door, Magnin Street around the corner, and Union Pizza across the street. All had excellent food!

Our stay was brief. However, I left my phone charger, called about the charger and was told to call back. It was found, but NO CALL BACK when I asked to have it mailed to me. The housekeeper was new, she told me, and said she’d have to ask her manager. They never called back. Very frustrating!!

This is refurbished property steps away from the Powell Street cable car turnaround and close to the 38 bus top. The queen bed was comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly large for a refurbished building. The staff were very helpful and engaging. The complementary breakfast is standard Holiday Inn fare.
