This is a nicely located hotel. I booked as it was much cheaper than surrounding properties. Floors 1-11 were under construction. There was a smell of drywall and paint through out though. The staff were nice, the rooms spacious and nice. Aside from the construction, the only issue is the number of elevators for the demand - you often have to wait 5+ minutes.
Overall apart for the construction- this is a good Hilton.

The room I reserved wasn’t available. I was put into a downgraded room and told by the Shift Supervisor they’d be happy to cancel my reservation altogether. This was the worst service I’ve ever had. They also told me it’s my problem because I booked the room through Hotels.com. I will never stay at this hotel again.
