The Paris Hotel is amazing—great location in the heart of the Strip. We’ve been to Vegas about 10 times and always stay here. We love it! BUT… this time, we were placed in the new Versailles Tower, which we didn’t know was now part of the hotel. That building used to be Bally’s, which I always felt was low quality.
The Versailles Tower feels disconnected. It’s a long walk from the casino, restaurants, and pool. The room was noticeably lower in quality than those in the main building. I honestly hated it.
Thankfully, front desk staff were great. We asked to be moved and they accommodated us the next day. Still, we had to spend a night in a room and location we hadn’t booked.
What’s worse is that the Versailles rooms cost the same as the main tower. That makes no sense and feels unfair.
My concern now is not knowing how to ensure future bookings will be in the main building. I’m seriously considering other hotels, because I will not stay in the Versailles Tower again. That’s a deal breaker.
Overall, Paris Hotel is still a favorite—as long as I can guarantee I won’t end up in the Versailles Tower again.
