Thad a stay with you guys April 2,2025-April 5,2025 my name is Elizabeth Harms.
My card was wrongfully charged upon check in and I wasn't aware until l contacted my bank for a suspicious charge made by your hotel. I was told it was going to be put back into my account which is great but i was also told it never was suppose to happen by another employee just wondering what can be done for this as I trusted my card was only going to be used to verify that it was the one to make the reservation.
