This was a very terrible experience. We were in Room 328. First, the bathroom door wouldn't close, but that isn't the reason for this review. The HVAC was loud. It wasn't so noticeable until we went to bed and then the fan woke us up roaring like a jet engine. I tried to change settings and it seemed better for a while, but woke us up again at 1AM. I dressed and went down to the Front Desk to explain the situation, but the attendant kept telling me to go back to my room, reset the HVAC and wait for 15 minutes. It told her it was 1AM and I just wanted a new room so we could get some rest. I even asked that she come and listen to it, but she said she couldn't. After about 5 minutes, the attendant finally gave me a new room. I asked if my wife and I could leave my our belongings until the next morning, but she was insistent that we gather everything and move it to the new room. Finally, we got settled in our new room, but it wasn't easy to fall asleep after the exchange and having to gather and move everything. Due to that, we woke up late and the breakfast was being removed. I will never stay at this place again. I was hoping for some compensation, but since I went through a third party, all I got was an "I'm sorry" by the morning desk attendant.
