The Elmar Boutique Hotel is a beautifully restored hotel. I am in the Home Renovations business and I would have to say this is the best hotel for the money that I have ever stayed in. It is perfectly located to the beach, a great pool and close to the restaurants in Lauderale by the Sea. I give it an A rating!

Highly recommend the Elmar. They allowed us to check in early. Everything was flawless throughout our stay. It is smaller boutique hotel that is exceptionally clean and well maintained, they even have beach chairs & toys for the guests to use. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Book now - you will not be disappointed!

A must stay in this area-Beautiful, clean & modern

I am extremely picky when I travel and when I booked this hotel I didn't know what to expect but everything else was already booked. My daughter and I stayed for 4 days and cant tell you enough what a nice, clean and comfortable place this was. They were amazing from start to end, they take care of every little detail. Location is the best too, in the middle of everything but away a block or so from all the noise. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, everything is upgraded and looks new. Its definitely a great place to stay. Now I understand the other reviews, if you are looking at this area, this place is a MUST, we absolutely LOVED IT!.

We loved our stay at the Elmar! The hotel is located right across from the beach (a ~2 minute walk) and has a beautiful pool and lounge chairs if you're not a fan of the beach. The rooms were gorgeous -- very clean and equipped with many kitchen utensils and gadgets if you're interested in eating in. Will definitely book again!

The Elmar Boutique Hotel is such a great little diamond in Lauderdale By The Sea! The proprietor, Corrine, is a great hostess and will accommodate any need. The hotel itself is very unique and was super clean during our stay. The pool was nice and warm, and there were games, books, floats, beach bags filled with towels... all at your disposal. The hotel guests seemed to have a sense of community and we felt very safe during our stay. We will definitely stay again!

Great hotel! Clean, cozy, beautiful. The Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Our kids loved the pool. There were toys for kids for the pool and beach. Beach umbrella, sun loungers and towels were also available. The beach is beautiful and very close from the hotel. You can walk to many good restaurants with delicious food, there is a lot of attractions around, concerts, etc. I recommend it very much!

I cannot say enough about how amazing this place was! I was a bit nervous traveling due to Covid but nothing here made me nervous! It was sanitized and ready to go! No one came in our room unless we asked! The owners were on site most of the time (during business hours) - amazing friendly people making sure you had a great experience! Free bikes to ride while there! Beach bags with beach towels all ready for you daily! So close to everything you need from groceries, dining, beach, liquor store, bars, shops - everything is in walking distance! Beach is one block away in either direction. The place itself is stunning. People stop just to admire it all the time and take pictures - heck I was one of those people the year before - I knew I HAD TO stay here the next time! I actually planned our stay around the availability of a room here. I hated to leave, it was just so great!! The entire property was clean (which is really a HUGE issue for me if it’s not clean). Free washing machine, and $1 to dry clothes on site! I honestly cannot think of anything bad to report! We used the kitchen every day - everything we needed was there. There was a safe in the room - HUGE closet. Bed was comfy! Two smart TV’s - it’s a great space and so updated - I woke up every morning and told my husband how much I loved it there! I am a terrible picture taker - but these are pictures as we were leaving.

We had a great time on our trip, the location of this hotel couldn’t be better. We at first wanted a place with a restaurant/bar, but there’s no need with so many steps away from the hotel. The hotel is small which feels safe and quiet. We loved that it is right by the beach! The room was huge, clean, and so comfortable! We would definitely come back. Had a great time, thanks!
