Arrived to find the apartment hadn’t been cleaned/beds unmade/bins full. Got in touch with the rental company who arranged to move us to another apartment, however it was only a 1 bedroom and we needed two. Ended up having to sleep on top of the beds. Lots of calls made, the communication was poor and they didn’t speak particularly good English. I requested a refund for the first night for the inconvenience but it wasn’t accepted. I wouldn’t use these again.

The parking was full and when we contacted them about the parking no one got back to us. The place was not very clean. Overall it was a okay stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Ascot. Pros: kitchen had what we needed, towels provided, close to the high street Cons: very hot, thin floors (could hear upstairs), freeze iced over and needs defrosting. Had to chase check in details

What a lovely, clean and quiet place to get away.

Initially when I came in with my family and I needed to wait, it was given me a negative view but immediately the issue was resolved I was fine and by the time we got in, its was almost perfect just the way I wanted it.

Magna house is lovely and we would definitely return if future plans sent us that way again. Nice size accommodation / rooms, clean, with well equipped fitted kitchen. Towels were included and I could even make a cuppa without having to wait to hit the shops first . Plenty of shops/ food outlets within a short walking distance. It was ideal for us. Thank you very much. :)

Small issues with the heating and the cleanliness of the bedding but was comfortable, clean and well located. Kitchen is not well stocked with cutlery and there was no coffee maker as described but minor issues really. Plenty of space.

Good base, cleanliness issues!

Apartment was a great base for a few nights a few issues with cleanliness, disgusting shower head and extractor fan, open and half eaten food left in cupboards. It was also 23 - 24 degrees in the apartment at all times with one fan to cool 3 rooms.

3 night stay

Enjoyed our stay and would return, if in the area again. Great location for Egham centre, which is only a 5 minute walk away. The reason for our stay was to visit the Englefield Green area, which was only a 5 minute drive away. Initially, finding Magna Court wasn't easy - set Sat Nav to Johnson Court, rather than Queens Rd. Very powerful shower, only fans provided as no air con in the apartment - the apartment was quite muggy due to the weather. Ironing board, but no iron. Overall very good..

Was supposed to stay 4 nights, but left after first night, whole place smelt really bad, had 3 airfreshners in there so i assume its a known problem. Dispite have 2 fans, was 27° at 7am!!! Beds really uncomfortable. After a few attempts, vendor agreed to let us have a refund for remaining nights so we could move
