Check in is very smooth here. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Buffet breakfast is well stocked swith staple options as well as a nice selection of fresh fruit. Overlooking the water makes fona great way to start the day

Outdoor areas of suites need a good clean, furniture is old, worn and dirty - needs an update. Facilities and pool are 5 star.

6/10 Buena

The facilities and location are excellent, but the service levels, dining options don't justify the price they charge. Staff need training on customer service, food options are very limited and they just seem disorganised

Everything was fantastic! Staff so helpful and cheery. Facilities were perfect but would've been nice to have enjoyed a swim in the pool. I think a message on the web to all guests that pool in unavailable during the winter period. Also, the breakfast could have been spruced up with some greens (Spinach) and tomatoes, produce from your local farmers. Locally sourced jams, and cheese would have been a great addition to the food station with homemade scones otherwise, everything else was perfect. Lastly, there is a table close to exit door. Full breeze of wind somehow comes through. Suggestion would be to move the table further away from the door. There is so much real estate available in the dining area. I think its quite important. Very uncomfortable eating there.

4/10 Regular

Over priced food, other peoples clothing under the wardrobe, extremely poor service in the restaurant - plus getting charged for a meal I didn’t even have. Television in the room was switched of but randomly came on with the hotel greetings.
