Çalışanlar son derece nazik ve kibar; sanki bir otel personelinden ziyade ev sahibi gibi davranıyorlar. Her şeyin kusursuz olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Ufak bir eleştiri olarak, lavabo musluklarının biraz fazla alçakta konumlandırıldığını söyleyebilirim; el ve ayak yıkarken bir miktar zorladı. Ama bu da çok büyütülecek bir şey değil. Genel değerlendirmem gayet olumlu. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Nasıl bulduysak öyle bırakmaya çalıştık saygılar.

Great hotel with excellent customer service. The manager has been extremely helpful with our questions and needs. The breakfast was A+. The hotel is located in the central old town of Bursa, close proximity to many attraction was a great plus. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Gerek personel gerek konum gerekse temizlik açısından çok memnun kaldığım bir konaklama oldu. Kahvaltısı açık büfe olup ürün çeşiti ve lezzeti çok iyiydi. Otelin kapalı otoparkı var. Tarihi dokunun çok yakınında yürüme mesafesinde bulunmaktadır. Özellikle resepsiyondaki İsmail bey ve diğer personellerin güleryüz ve ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum.
