Accueil plus que chaleureux, le gérant de l'hôtel est au petits soins pour ses clients. Les chambres (annexes, situées en face de l'hôtel - à 50 mètres à pied, dans une belle bâtisse médiévale rénovée, escalier en colimaçon d'époque..) qu'il nous avait réservé était d'une impeccable propreté et d'un confort remarquable pour un prix défiant toutes les chaines low cost. Une nuit au calme, pourtant en plein centre ville, dans une très bonne literie, un parking juste à côté et un petit déjeuner royal. Si vous passez à Riom (63), c'est "the place to be".

Méfiez-vous !

Le séjour s'est bien passé. L'hôtel est bien situé, le personnel aimable et les chambres correctes. Par contre, on m'a fait payer par erreur 2 fois le prix du séjour (4 nuits) et malgré les promesses du gérant, plus d'un mois après, je n'ai toujours pas été remboursée !!! Je vais engager une procédure de réclamation.

Court séjour en famille dans cet hôtel idéalement situé. Proche des grands axes et du centre ville. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Un grand + pour la propreté des lieux. Le petit déjeuner est un régal. Le gérant est aux petits soins des clients et très disponible. Un parking derrière l'hôtel est disponible (supplément). L'accès à l'hôtel est également sécurisé. Wifi disponible. Chambres insonorisées (côté rue). 4 étoiles pour la chambre car mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Mais dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un très bon sejour.

emplacement plus que bruyant...

Etablissement tenu un peu "à l ancienne" . plaisant à redécouvrir mais le bruit est juste insupportable. Nous avons réussi à fermer l'oeil vers les3h30, après les rassemblements de scooter et autres!! Aucune clim non plus, 30° dans la chambre!!
