1.) the wrong lockbox was listed in the email. (15 minutes in the rain)
2.) the emergency number in the email was disconnected (20 minutes in the rain)
3.)the key to the building was broken when we got it and a replacement was not able to get to us.
4.) No hot water in the shower, bathroom or kitchen sinks - even after the super said it was fixed
5.) was yelled at by a resident for waking people up to be let in
6.) missing sheets and towels
7.) no instructions on how to work the Comcast on the tv
8.) we were finally able to get another room at a different location- smaller and farther from the city center.
9.) was told I would be contacted twice by two different people with an update but no one ever called back.
10.) one positive was the they game me full refund.
