The breakfast wasn't good at all. The eggs tasted like powered eggs. The breakfast has to get better for me to stay there again. The rooms were clean as was the hotel.

We checked in, and checked right back out. The pictures would fool you. The hotel said their remodeling, the locals un the area, said its a lie.

One of my rooms was upgraded with new things like the bathroom and the bed! However my other room was out dated and looked more like a crack room the ac didn’t work in the room it only cooled to 75 in this heat! The room was stinky and smelt like smoke. The toilet in the updated room got clogged! There was not any towels the stay overall is really a -3! The evening auditor was very pleasant she was very helpful our entire stay her name is Ciara! The night auditor didn’t care and was not helpful at all! No one cleaned our rooms our entire stay! No towels no one emptied our trash! We had to place our trash and towels in the hallway! It was like being at a crack motel! I thought having to do that was so horrible! I would not recommend this motel! The presentation online is not what this property offers!! Horrible stay overall!!!! -3! The check in process with Ciara was 5 star and her only! Ciara is the only 5!!!! She has awesome customer service skills!!!

I originally made reservations for a double room. Which is 2 double beds, we received a key for a single king did not realize until we walked into the room. That room had mold on the ceilings. Went back to the front so we can get the double that we paid for. Upon entering the double, there was old candy, wrappers and trash on the floors. Also the trash was not emptied from the previous guest or maybe the clean up crew. Not sure but obviously the room was not clean.

The property is convenient distance, has easy access to places, it's an overall clean hotel with needing some improvements for better cleanliness for the room.

Great staff. Hotel was clean enough until, I got to the room. Bugs.. dirty microwave. . Coffee pot was broken so I called for another one.. they brought me a mixed match coffee pot that would not fit together nor would it hold water... After implying it was operator error.. so I brought it to them & got a good laugh watching him try to make the pieces fit.. the door keys are only valid for 24 hours. The bathroom amenities area had not cleaned and properly reached on instead they were lining the dirty tub which had long black curly hairs & a soap buildup residue thing going on. so my nice relaxing hot tub idea, turned into a dirty tub, with no plug. Running toilet that you have to open and fiddle it to off,. Ironing board with no iron and no towels. And that brings me to breakfast.... It's been quite a long time since I've had burnt microwave biscuits.. & the next morning..., cold eggs & gravy..😱 ..
