I would highly recommend staying elsewhere. 1.The front desk employees were unprofessional. The employee who checked us in, "Deanna", was shockingly rude to us and we witnessed her interaction with another family at check-in as well. It was shocking and hard to watch. I'm not sure she gave me her true name because none of the front desk employees wear name tags. When I stopped later to ask a question of another front desk employee, it seemed I was inconveniencing her, as she was busy on her personal phone. 2. This hotel was very noisy. There was a lot of street noise as well as from the courtyard and other rooms. We had a sound machine and earplugs and still did not sleep well. 3. We were thankful to be in a room that had been renovated, but despite its appearance and new furnishings, it smelled very musty.
