Our cabin at lake Keepit was fine if a little dated but we understand is to be renovated next year. All facilities excellent and staff lovely and super efficient. Delightful venue and wished we could have been able to stay longet

At the time I stayed mud September there were few others staying which made it very peaceful on the lake. A great area for long rambling walks. Cabins on waterfront have a lovely outlook. The cabins are not new but are clean and pleasant and very comfortable.

I have stayed at Reflections before but this faculty was below standard. .We arrived late, and received a note of welcome , keys and a map , 1st night I wasn't told the ensuite was at the back of the room, so we didn't know. We went to the kiosk to report the front sliding screen door wouldn't shut. I was told it couldn't be fixed until tomorrow , so we didn't have a sliding door , while we were there., also reported , lock was broken on one of the windows The staff we uncounted were pleasant and helpful. , The venue /outlook of the lake is nice .

There's a large group of us that go there fishing every year for several days, it's convenient for our needs. How ever our cabin is still poorly maintained, the kitchen light was not working last year and still wasn't working this year. The screen and glass front doors are still very temperamental and want to jump off the tracks if not treated carefully. The toilet/shower ensuite door is DANGEROUS. The wind blew it closed behind me and when I went to leave I found it locked and extremely hard to reopen, if a child was in there they would have found it near impossible to get it open. The cabin sleeps 4 but only the double bed was made so not everyone that stays there are a "couple" so the others have to make there own bunk bed, even though you are billed for the number sleeping there. The 2 staff that we did meet were extremely polite and helpful when we did go to the shop/office, other than that we did not see any other staff. The park itself is such a lovely peaceful place, the wildlife great for those into bird watching and fishing or just relaxing. There were a few "bush campers" who leave all of their rubbish behind that spoils the beauty but theres not much the park staff can do to prevent it, only clean up after the event.

Nice spot about 35 minutes drive from Gunnedah, very popular with a variety of groups ranging from fishermen to grey nomads and anybody in between including young families camping. The air conditioned cabins are quite large and well designed. Our cabin had an ensuite bathroom so we did not use the amenities block. The queen size bed was very comfortable, we did not use the bunk beds. The ceiling fan in our rooms so noisy that we couldn't sleep with the fan on which was quite unpleasant in the hot nights as the air con in the longe room did not cool the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and as usual at these places we did find glasses and a few pots we needed to wash up before use. All taps in the cabin were leaking so the large sticker asking guests to save water was somewhat meaningless. Our cabin could certainly do with renovations.
