Extremamente educadas e solícitas, como mencionei, mas o hostel é proibido para fumantes e, por diversas vezes, as funcionárias da recepção ficavam na porta de entrada, com a porta aberta, fumando, o que tornava difícil de ficar na área de convivência externa. Esse é o único ponto que não me deixou dar 5 estrelas.
