Initially, the staff were very good and helpful and I even gave an oral review recording letting them know how much we enjoyed our stay.
However, when we informed them upon our last night of stay, and that we will be leaving early in the morning, things being said didn't make sense. They told us that the manager called and said the online price was different than the in house price and that we had to pay the difference. We explained that we should have been informed upon our arrival, not four nights later.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good and even brought to our room. But, the hotel management aren’t making any sense concerning guests who use online booking services. There should be honesty and straightforwardness.
