Hidden Gem Outside of the Bustle!
Room was amazing! Extremely clean and They made sure to up the heat before we got there and it was greatly appreciated! We got caught in an unexpected blizzard so it was extremely cold.
Communication was great! I got the email from hotels.com with the instructions for the door. But they also texted the same day as check in to make sure we could get in.
Shout out for putting a coat hanger above the heater! We visited the Hot springs and having that hanger there allowed for my robe to dry overnight.
Bed was a little too firm for us, but that is a personal issue and not the issue of the management.
LOVE the instruction list right inside the door, helped us to remember all of our stuff and make sure we were set up the way they requested.
I am also going to say this, as a person who works with people all week and I am definitely an introvert it was refreshing to be self sufficient with our entire stay. Although they made it clear there was someone there if we needed them. This is the best experience for someone like me!
Only critique I would like to make is to make the TVs streaming accessible so we don't have to be inundated with commercials.
We will definitely be coming back!
