I traveled with young children, and the pool is very important to them. They were thrilled that unlike most hotel pools we visit the pool here was warm. I was pleased that the pool deck area was very clean and there were plenty of towels. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast spread has a large variety of food to choose from. I have some very picky eaters, but they were all able to find something they liked. My kids were thrilled with the place. My daughters told me this was their new favorite hotel and want to stay here every time we come to Anchorage.

pubes on bed, stains on furniture. the pool was hairy too but it was okay overall, there weren’t bugs as far as I noticed, I checked the bed and the couch. one worker just ignored us until we spoke to her first which was kinda odd but wtv, the breakfast was NOT good but only okay. The thing that I really like about this hotel is the staff. They are always friendly when you approach them and assist whenever possible. It's very nice to walk in from being out and get a greeting with a smile.
