What I love about the hotel are its convenient location and the onsen. It’s just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, making it incredibly accessible. The onsen was a true blessing, providing us with much-needed relaxation every night.
The check-in process could be improved, as there is only one queue, which can be slow at times. The buffet spread is quite repetitive and unexciting, with bananas and kiwi fruits sliced into tiny, unappealing pieces.
What I don't like is the additional fee required for late checkout.
