Check in was a disaster. Busy on my trip, I received an email asking me to check in with passport pages and credit card. But no identifying info on the email so I was reluctant to give that information. Would have been better to receive an email explaining that there is NO reception at the property, only rooms, and that check in HAS to be completed before or you cannot enter the property. They only send that email after you have uploaded credit card and passports. Finally got through to a person - property manager? - and he was very rude on the phone, repeating over and over that I must have missed an email (I didn't) which he clearly hadn't sent. I received it finally after trying to enter and uploading credit card info. Wouldn't call this a 'hotel', it's just rooms. That should be made clearer.
Once in, all was mostly fine. Clean, basic, bathroom is tiny, toilet didn't flush very well and shower is weak. Bed uncomfortable and curtains were broken but did cover the window. Fan kept switching off in the night and room got very hot - every time I switched it back on manually it switched off again. Parking was down an adjacent side street and we were lucky it was saturday evening as we had free parking and no time limit through sunday. No where to stop outside the property to unload so be prepared to walk to property from your car.
