I stayed at this resort for 7 nights and was very disappointed with how a serious hygiene issue was handled. On the second day, I began experiencing itching. When I reported it to the front desk on the third day, they simply handed me a single-use ointment with no real explanation or concern.
That evening, my friend also developed itching and signs consistent with bedbug bites. The hotel didn’t offer a solution—we had to directly request a room change ourselves the next morning. Although they agreed to move us, we had to carry all of our luggage without assistance. This completely disrupted our morning plans and added unnecessary stress.
For a resort of this level, I expected much better cleanliness and guest service. It was a disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their hygiene standards and customer response.
