From the beginning it was a hassle. Supposed to get emails with check in info, room access code and such, at specified times and never did. I had to contact Hotels.com to get the property management company’s number because not up to date on Hotels.com. Once I get in contact I was told that a confirmation email was sent, it wasn’t, I received the email 2 minutes after I got off the phone. It was the same for all other emails, had to call to get the next step of info.
Getting to to address late in the evening and driving around and then walking around to find the apartment was not a great time, the apartment was located in the middle of the complex and it was a good 2 minute walk to and from the closest parking spot, it took about 20 minutes to bring all my stuff to the apartment. By this time it’s 10:30 and I need to be up at 5 so I go to sleep without really looking around, all I really noticed was it did not smell very good, like a dirty, musty, old apartment.
Waking up and actually looking around I noticed how dirty it was. Spilled sauce on the carpet, kitchen floor, and cabinets. Coffee grounds all over the countertop and in the drawer. The microwave was dirty, the floors weren’t vacuumed to the point I didn’t want to walk around without my shoes on. There was dried blood on the bathroom floor as well. Also, there was a dick in the dryer. Clearly it was never cleaned. After a phone call and a few emails they sent someone out to clean and it was still poorly done.
