Tudo muito bom, estrutura muito boa e nova, itens novos e tudo bem limpo. O café da manhã é muito bom e o ambiente bem tranquilo e acolhedor, com bastante espaço. A localização é ótima, perto de tudo. Usei o estacionamento do hotel (40/dia) e foi tudo ótimo, com manobristas 24h. Recomendo bastante o hotel como uma das melhores opções no centro/divisa com batel em Curitiba

Já ficamos no Intercity Tatuapé em São Paulo e ele acaba sendo melhor. O café da manhã é mais diverso e mais saboroso. O quarto passa a impressão de ser mais confortável e o banheiro mais espaçoso. O Intercity Batel ganhou do Tatuapé em alguns aspectos, primeiramente, o atendimento de todos os funcionários com os quais interagimos (no Tatuapé na verdade, não interagimos com ninguém além dos recepcionistas), no Batel interagimos com os recepcionistas, equipe do restaurante e da faxina. Todos muitíssimo simpáticos e solícitos. E em segundo lugar, o restaurante, que é muito bom e tem valores justos, no Tatuapé era tudo excessivamente caro. Um grande ponto negativo no Batel foi o ar condicionado, que não é um ar condicionado convencional e não sabíamos se o mesmo estava com problema ou se nós que não estávamos sabendo ajustá-lo. Posteriormente, resolvemos comunicar à recepção de que parecia haver algum problema, então na mesma hora mandaram um técnico para averiguar. Ele nos explicou que realmente havia um problema e o mesmo foi solucionado. Porém, após isso, percebemos que não parecia haver ajuste da temperatura. Colocávamos X, mas sempre quando íamos verificar depois de um tempo, estava em 18°C. O que deixava o ambiente gelado e fez eu pegar uma gripe. Resolvemos não falar mais nada à recepção. Porém informamos nisso no checkout e o recepcionista foi muito atencioso dizendo que poderíamos "incomodar" enquanto fosse necessário.

A primeira estadia foi muito boa, apartamento reformado, banheiros limpos e sem bolor. Essa última estadia não foi tão boa quanto a primeira, quarto antigo e bolor no banheiro. Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom. Café ok. Vou pensar duas vezes antes de reservar novamente esse hotel na minha próxima viagem à Curitiba.
